Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), except for custom orders, please see product listing to see if it is in stock or needs to be custom ordered.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

 

3. Domestic Shipping
We offer the following domestic shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

 

4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. International options include:

  • Standard International Shipping (7–21 business days, depending on destination)

  • Express International Shipping (3–7 business days, where available)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

5. Service Interruptions
Shipping times may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

  • International customs clearance delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, and we will do our best to communicate with you if given an update on shipping.
